I do have a serious question, actually.
Public-domain footage of Baghdad/Gulf War for use in said vid: OK, or not OK? I am not going to use anything graphic, just buildings blowing up and the like.

Charlie - how about 'Built This Way' by Samantha Ronson? It was in one of Jen's mix tapes, and seems pretty perfect for Shannon.
Gah OMG I was watching The Glass Ballerina last night, and now I really wanna do a Jin vid to What I've Done by Linkin Park.
SERIOUSLY... would it be okay to do Sun, Jin AND Boone all in the same vid, but with three different songs edited together??
I'm only half-joking, by the way.
I'm claiming Shape by Sugababes for my Sun vid

It might be a weird choice but what about 'In the End' by Linkin Park? That sure would be different!! All those efforts about getting pregnant and when it finally happens, it's deadly.  There's also the part "Acting like I was part of your property" that might go well with her relationship with Jin.

Some other ones from me, for what that's worth:
Token Elvis Costello song: And in Every Home, Elvis Costello
Token Warren Zevon song: Dirty Life and Times, from Jin's perspective? (Also would work well for Sawyer/Kate, too.)
I've wanted to see someone vid one of the women to And She Was, Talking Heads, for a while. A Sun vid would probably be more interesting to this song than, say, another Kate vid.
Solar Sister, by the Posies, would have an interesting pun going on with solar/sun, but I'm not sure if the lyrics aren't a bit too scattered to sustain a song.
