Your vids are ALWAYS so awesome, Kimmy! \o/
I just stumbled across this Jacob/Bella New Moon vid that I thought was really gorgeous and wanted to share: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s21Wq2b7WE4
Also, I'm SO looking forward to the March 20th DVD release date! \o/ Strange that it's releasing on a Saturday instead of the traditional Tuesday (really, who first thought of that being the day to release new DVDs? ) but I'm figuring it's like getting it early instead of having to wait until the next week! \o/ |

I just downloaded New Moon today - yay now i can vid itt Seeing it again reminded me; i was picking up so many vibes from the Bella/Carlyle scene lol im glad they de-paled Carlyle in this flick he was too white in that first one I know its prob. cos i've always been Team Jacob; but I thought their onscreen chemistry was way hotter than edward/bella But that's just me! On that note I'm probably the only one who can't stand Alice either lol Books or movies; never liked her her character just irrirates me so much I love the badass vamps. Rosalie, Victoria and Jane _________________

LOL! I agree. Carlisle and Bella did have some intense chemstry in this one. I was seriously waiting for them to like start making out when he was digging the glass from her arm.
Though I am team edward, I do agree that Jake and Bella do have a nice chemstry, though I can only see it as he's her best friend.
Kat! Alice is like the best character I love Alice, she always makes me giggle . Like in New Moon when Bella was like "Your coming back." and Alice was like "As soon as you put the dog out." I laughed out loud.
I personally cannot stand Rosalie. I haven't liked her since Twilight, and reading the ohter books made her a bit more likable, but still not enjoyable. _________________

Oh, the coloring was just SO much better in New Moon than Twilight (motto: No blue is too blue! )! And I thought the sparkling and just overall look of the vamps was better presented.
*draws hearts around Carlisle* I luff him! ♥!
Rosalie wasn't one of my favs in Twilight but I liked her better in New Moon since she got to finally give a more "sympathetic" reason to why she doesn't want Bella to become a vamp. I always liked her "wished there would've been someone to say no" speech, it gives her a little more depth than just "Ugh, I hate Edward's girlfriend."
ZOMG, I was practically *squeeing* the entire movie from all of the Jake/Bella goodness! *draws hearts around Jake* Taylor did SUCH an awesome job, he really stepped up and not only physically took over the part but he did a great job in making me really feel for Jake.
I'm one of those rare people who are both Team Jacob and Team Edward when it comes to Bella, lol! I looooooove Jake to itty-bitty bits and so I want him to "win" by getting the girl but I try to look at it as if I'm just happy with whatever I'm getting, whether it's great Team Jacob or Team Edward scenes!
Awwww, poor Alice... She probably knew you were going to say that, Kat... To each their own, as they say, though. I love her myself but I pretty much love all of the Cullens by this point, even Rosalie managed to crawl up higher in my regard this time around. And Victoria! Isn't she just gorgeous? I love Rachelle Lefevre (though I kept feeling bad for her when I'd see her in New Moon, knowing what all happened with the recast ). I loved Jane as well, she's SO small (and Dakota Fanning-like ) yet you can really feel the menace coming off of her. Awesome!
Yay for vidding! Kat, I'm expecting to see a New Moon vid from you within, like, this week or so, hm? \o/ Can't wait! I'm hoping that something will inspire me to vid it as well! (The Twilight vid I was working on way back when actually got trumped, somebody else did the same song/basic idea I had planned on so that just sorta zapped my inspiration. But at least I got some Twilight into my multi-vamp vid! )
*New Moon squee* I hadn't seen it up until now when I got my DVD and I really loved it! ♥! |

lmao; i knew I was rare in my alice!hate I think it comes from my life of TV/movie vampire love To me vampires are tortured, angsty beings, even the good ones like Angel. And I guess I'm completely closed to the idea of a happy-go-lucky vamp which is one of the reasons i can't stand the 4th book :S Vampires don't get happy endings... cos they're vamps... lol; again this is me comig from adoring tortured Angel for about 10 years
Altho I did laugh when she said 'put the dog out' lol and when Mike said "i need to go home" rofl
And I agree Ais, Taylor was really exceptional in this film. His acting was so great; with one look he showed so much care and worry for Bella; makes me not like her cos how the hell could you say no to that man begging you to stay????? lol and of course, on a purely carnal level, that man is hot the rain scene...the car scene...the bike scene when he ripped that shirt off...
I adore Bryce Dallas Howard, so I was happy with the recast of Victoria
Lol; not sure about a week...but who knows? I've had a Jacob/bella song in mind since the first movie but needed these scenes to make it I'm already thinking of crossovers too _________________

Oh heck YEAH! Dude, I don't know how the rain was not, like, evaporating off of him in that scene! (Says my, you know, inner 17 year old, so that doesn't end up sounding all skeezy... ) I did get the urge to give her a smack on the back of the head a few times (aka a DiNozzo headslap if you've ever watched NCIS ) and be all, "Uh, how exactly are you turning him down, girl? Are you out of your MIND???"
Okay, I'm gonna have to go watch this again, lol! ♥! |

With Eclipse right around the corner, there are rumors starting for Breaking Dawn, which is more than likely going to be broken into two films (thank goodness!). Unforunately for that to happen, they have to re-sign everybody for a fifth film. Of course Kris, Taylor, and Rob have already been signed, as well as Peter Facinelli and Billy Burke. There have been some rumors that Ashley Greene and Kellan Lutz have asked for more money to sign on for the fifth film, and Summit is thinking of making examples of the two Cullen siblings by re-casting their characters if they don't agree to what Summit wants to give them.
I found this information on a very reliable Twilight fansite, and if it's true it's very upsetting.
I think Recasting any of the characters this late into the films could spell disaster for Breaking Dawn. To have Ashley Greene and Kellan Lutz in the first Breaking Dawn film, and then have someone playing Alice and Emmett in the second would be stupid.
I think that agreements can be made if both parties weren't all "I want this." and "I want this." and "Your getting this."
Also, to "cut costs" Summit is planning on moving the filming for both Breaking Dawn filmes to Louisana, which makes NO SENSE since Lousiana is generally a sunny place, the northwest or canada is the best place to film these films since it takes place in Forks "The rainiest city in the US."
It appears that Summit is trying really hard to ruin the Twilight Franchise by making stupid decisions from recasting characters *which is never a smart move* to moving the filming from places that work the best, to a place that wouldn't work at all.
Again so far all this is rumors and Summit, or Ashley and Kellan's agents have yet to confirm any of this. _________________

Wtf? They shouldn't replace Ashley or Kellan....they're my favorites! First of all, I don't think Breaking Dawn needs to be two movies (but I'm not a hardcore fan here...).
Changing locations AND replacing two actors who are pretty much loved by everybody is just a bad idea all over the place. I mean, imagine if Harry Potter had suddenly decided to recast, like, Luna or someone. That would suck. What makes Twilight think THEIR fans won't care? _________________

Completely agree with you Eryn. If Summit recasts Kellan and Ashley and changes the location it's pretty much a big screw you to the fans, which is just stupid on their part. I mean without the fans the movies wouldn't have made just over a billion dollars between Twilight and New Moon alone. I think they've gotten money hungry and see it as an way to make more money faster, with the idea "Oh the fans won't really care." _________________

Oh man, I missed this the first time around but that would be a terrible thing if they tried to pull (yet another and much more serious) recast like that!
Anyway, just wanted to make sure anybody who cared knows that "The Short Second Life Of Bree Tanner" is available to be read for free at BreeTanner.com from June 7th to July 5th. It's a novella giving the backstory and point-of-view of Bree Tanner, one of the newborn vampires in "Eclipse."
Legal and free, two of my most favoritey things of all, yay! |

Released just about a week or so ago, all orginal Cullen members, along with Charlie Swan, Edward, Bella, and Jacob will all be returning for Breaking Dawn which is set to start filming later this fall in Vancouver, Canada. If broken into two films, part one will be released Nov 11th, 2011 and part two will be released June 2012.
I completely forgot that it was released. I must go read it _________________
