Sometimes I leave the forum and do not remember where I have been exactly. Is there a function to mark the exact place ? |

I am Sorry - i will try to explain.
Some time ago, it happened to me on an other forum. I replied to a topic. A day later, I wanted continue reading. But in the meantime there were quite a lot of other entries and it cost me quite a while and effort to find the headline and the topic again.
How do I get back to that position ? Do you have a tip? At least in principle ?
Merci beaucoup. |

Yes; all web-browsers have bookmarking functions. Just bookmark the page you want to go back to and that should work. But no there's not that type of function on this site.
You are better off asking in the technical support part; you'll get more replies. |

Hi! I split your posts off of where they were at since that was for responses for that particular vid, not for asking site or forum related questions.
Anyway, depending on how you'd like to handle it, there are a couple of different ways to find a thread you were reading the day before. You can bookmark it with your browser, as Brooke mentioned. You can also click "Watch this topic for replies" which is at the bottom left of every thread and it will email you a notice when that thread has replies. Or from the main forum index you can click "View posts since last visit" which will show you all of the threads that have had answers in them since the last time you were signed in.
Hopefully one of those will help you! |
