Sorry I had to post this from a skate forum I go to it's too funny

1.) You feel the uncontrollable urge to mark all the threads you start with that giant, annoying grin smiley.

2.) You find yourself "squeeing" excessively, more than is good for your health.

3.) You experience your first "Jatergasm." You're also unashamed about using the phrase "Jatergasm."

4.) You discover that the * is your friend. It's *pretty*. Use it to decorate *everything.*

5.) You realize that the slogan "Jate is Fate" is good not only because it rhymes, but because it can be recited like a hypnosis-inducing mantra and it is impervious to reason, logic, and apocalypse.

6.) You come to your senses and realize that Sawyer is NOT virile, sexy, tormented, and misunderstood, but rather brutish, greasy, evil, and smelly. Jack, on the other hand, smells like kittens and flowers.

7.) You have no problem at all with being both blindly sentimental and pervertedly infantile at the same time. Embrace the contradiction! Write a fic where Kate says things like "You healed my heart" while she is also getting "wet."

8.) You've managed to convince yourself that Ana hitting Sawyer when he has a bullet wound is DEFINITE grounds for a romantic relationship.

9.) You like your heroes overbearing, pompous, anal, and squinty-eyed - and it doesn't hurt if their head resembles a bowling ball. You get hot just thinking about it.

10.) Who the hell needs a 10th sign? JATE IS FATE!!!

ok so i was just over at LF and i was in the Jater thread and omg, they seriously do use the *'s, like a lot

what are they trying to say with them?
should skaters have something too?

I have to admit that I have overused the * before. But that was because my very first forum didn't support any kind of bold or italic code, so if you wanted to emphasize something, you had to put the ** around it. 'Cause they'd get MAD if you used all-caps!!!

But that doesn't make me a Jater. It just makes me...sheltered.

As for the squeeing thing...

I don't know where that comes in at! I'm just...that way. Happened long before I knew what a "Jate" was, I promise!
