When rendering my finished video in Vegas, the size of the file is always incredibly large. Which means I have to import it into WMM and render it again there, so the quality obviously suffers a little.

Any way to make the files smaller in Vegas, so I don't have to redo it in WMM..?

When rendering the file in Vegas, please change your template from default to 512 Kbs. That should minimize the file size to around 10-15 MB.
