You know the .gif files that the picture changes, like in Aislynn's avi? What program do you use to make them?

Adobe Image ready which comes with Photoshop.

I use Animation Shop 3 which came with Paintshop Pro 8. (And my avi says thanks for the sorta shout-out, BTW... )
