I thought I'd post this for any of you out there who might be wondering how you too can become a Spammer (defined as "a person who hangs out in the Spam thread of LVI"). If you'd like to join in with the spamming, you have to...
...come in and talk!  No, really. That's it!  There's no secret society to join. You don't have to "know" somebody to get invited in. You don't need an invitation of any kind at all, in fact! 
You're not required to read back through hundreds of pages to find out what everybody's talking about. There's no "topic" that you have to worry about staying on. This is like the big lounge room of LVI: people wander through, mingle, check out the food (sorry, though, it's always virtual  ), and just put their feet up and hang out for a while. If you'd like to get to know us, then let us get to know you.
The "official" Spam thread is the one with a number in it. After 100 pages, it gets closed out and a new one opened, then the old one eventually self-deletes (ah, Spam, it's such a fleeting thing... ).
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask! Remember, everybody is welcome in the Spam thread. So why not stop in and say hi?

That's so sweet of you Aislynn!! I think I will come in and say, 'hi'. LOL Oh wait, I already did like two months ago. Aren't you guys sorry now?  Now you can't get rid of me.
Okay, as one of the newest spammers in the spam section, I would like to extend a warm welcome to anyone who would like to just drop in and say a couple of words out of sheer boredom. Really, all we do is yack and bust on each other. It's rather funny and entertaining. And there's always room for more. I mean we can't all be online at the same time, right? Or can we....hehehehe.

This was a great idea to post Aislynn! I'm glad that now people can understand that it is very easy to be accepted into the spamming community. (as long as they're not rude, the spammers won't be rude)
I know exactly how it feels to visit a forum regularly for a long time and still not feel welcome...it sucks. So any newcomers who are reading this...
I'm Liz and I'm generally a nice person (yes i have a few of those days every now and then but who doesn't?) so sit down have a drink and join the fun!
