I'm writing a lost fanfiction and wanted to check somethings before revolving major plots around them. Was wondering if anyone could help me with them:
1) Did Kate and Sawyer ever tell anyone about the lake/waterfall they found or do the others know about it?
2) is there any reason kate would be pardoned from her crimes (even if it was a longshot) once she got back to America? Not just a light prison sentence but completely pardoned?
3) Do any of the losties know about Walt magically appearing in the jungle. If so, does michael know?
There may be more as i continue (its going to be a veru long fanfic) but if anyone could help me out i would be very greatful.

To my knowledge; no. But you could just say it was off-scene.

Hmmm... duno about law, but I doubt they could legally. They might, as a political show of good-will, lessen her sentence, or put her on Parole or something smaller like that (especially if the Losties vouch for her). Judging by how she was making that fake ID though, I doubt it.

Sayid, Shannon, Kate (from Sayid), and I think someone said something to Micheal about seeing Walt out in the jungle.... hmmmmm.... Charlie may know too, not sure. |

hmm... i'll have to think of a way to get Kate of the hook. Was thinking of using Hurley's money or something... |

Charlie definitely knows--when he's having the visions in Fire + Water, he rants that "Kate sees a horse... nothing. Pretty much everybody's seen Walt wandering around the jungle, but when it's Charlie it must be the bloody drugs, right?"
