Ok, I'm trying to make a vid using my oh-so-trusty ( ) WMM and it won't let me import a video clip I have! The clip is .wmv format and saved to my desktop. Whenever I try to import it, I get the following error message:

The file C:\Documents and Settings\Mallory\Desktop\howsweet.wmv is not indexed and cannot be imported.

Can anyone please tell me what this means and if there is any way to fix it? Thanks!

Hmmmm... it sounds like it just doesn't like it being on your desktop. Try moving it somewhere else and try again.
