Okay, I'm done I hope I didn't screw it up. I know last night any vid that was in MOV or AVI format wouldn't load for me, but they did today. Emails were sent out and I already got some responses.
Hope it helps some I love this site because it's so organized...so helping to keep it that way is more than my pleasure I feel loved. |

Yow, make me look bad, Steph!   I'm still working on the C's! (I was gone most of the day, so that's my excuse, uh, I mean, reason!  )
Not to be incredibly dense, but I'm still unclear about what to do if the only link a vid has is a Rapidshare one that is still working. Do we still contact for that? Or do we leave it alone since it CAN be viewed?

Ooooo and Aislynn I e-mailed EVERYONE using Rapidshare even the ones whose link is still working...I used Rapidshare and got an email to change the links,so.. BTW, now I'm gonna sound dense but do we need to submit our videos again or just post a new link on the forum!!???

I'm done! I've had a couple of the emails bounce back, had several who gave no email address (so I PMed them) and one who I PMed at another board because I didn't think she logged on here very often. Much love to those of you who already responded (you know who you are... ).
To answer your question, Anya, all you need to do is post the new link in the existing thread. You can also post here:
http://lostvideo.net/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=4078&start=15
...and give the link to your vid's thread and the replacement link. That makes it easier for the mods to know where to update the info at!

Sounds good As long as they're broken anyway, I have no problem whatsoever, but it they're being taken down just because of some discriminating tastes in hosting providers, then I felt I had to point that out else feel the guilt forever |
