Just wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas! I've just ate all the meatballs, prinskorvs, hams, ribs and everything you can find on a swedish julbord. Then we watched Donald Duck at 3 pm as usual and Santa came by at 5 pm to hand out the presents... To add it up, we've had a great Christmas eve!
How do you celebrate in where you live? In the US you celebrate on Christmas Day, right? Just think it's nice to hear
One again, Merry Christmas!!! _________________

I think every family has a different tradition. We always open up one present on Christmas Eve and then follow up in the morning with the big stocking/present unwrapping extravaganza. There's more but it's long and boring. That's america for you! |

That's what we do with regards to presents, too.
But most important tradition to me is going to Midnight Mass...although it often ends up being just me and my dad, with the rest of the family home asleep. _________________

That's wonderful, Midnight Mass. We have something we call Julottan, when you go to church 7 am in the morning on Christmas Day (here in Sweden, Christmas Eve is most important. Christmas Day is the day to get drunk on, 'cause Dec 26th is a day free from work) and Julottan is really peaceful and lovely... I love it, but I can't go tomorrow 'cause I'm too sick... _________________

That's what my family does too. On Christmas Eve night, my family and my best friend and her family all go downtown and see all the Christmas stuff and then eat together. Then on Christmas Day, it's just me and my mom and we do the present thing, and the rest of the family comes over that night, so more presents!
Merry Christmas, everyone! _________________ Heather |

aother ne on that list here
Though this year we didn't do as much presents-wise, so it was just everyone open their coupole of presents on christmas eve, then familly games until bedtime. Tomorrow we go to the movies to see Kong lol as well as turkey dinner. |
