I wasn't sure where to post this so if it's in the wrong place I'm sorry

But I was watching a video a fan did for the hunger games and I noticed that the category said nonprofits & activism. Does that mean if you are making videos without being paid, you put it there and your video won't be taken down or anything?? or has that category always been there and I just never noticed?

The vidder probably thinks that's the case; that their vid wont get removed if they claim that it's about activism and nonprofit; but I have a feeling that's not meant for 'fan vids'; but for actual activism and nonprofit organization vids.

We're all looking for ways to not get in trouble.

Like YT used to only scan the first part; so we'd all do a 20 second intro.

Then the next was to do a pitch change with the song.
