Oh wow, that was your first vid ever? That was nicely done!
I wouldn't have thought of Jack as Opus but it really did work well. I loved how you went from the still shots with the text into the full motion clips, that was really effective! I especially loved the shots of everybody looking up as Jack flew away, very cool!
Great job, I enjoyed it! |

Great first vid! I absolutely love this story. It fit Jack so well. Your clip choices were very good. I liked the part with Jack talking to Kate about taking flying lessons. Also really liked the manip of Jack watching the birds.Cool effect with the clips not only moving from still to moving but also becoming more colorful. Good luck in the contest! |

Awww!! (I literally just "aww'd" out loud, lol That was so lovely!! I love how you chose clips to fit so well with the lines of the book! I really loved the bit where it was saying Jack's wings didn't work, and then you showed the clip of him saying "Took a couple flying lessons, wasn't for me" And I loved the end with him flying in the helicopter Fab job! Especially for your first vid, this is awesome! |

Aw, this was a really nice story! The ending with this wonderful song nearly made my heart melt I really loved when you had the picture above the text and then you'd zoom out, and the picture was the next clip. Very creative and flowy and I enjoyed it very much! Good luck in the contest! |
