I was watching a DVD when I noticed that the disply time was chopped up and looked like it was trying to read 45:99 So; I turned the DVD off and switched it to the TV; the box would not work; but the remote would but then suddenly the remote stopped working too; I've unplugged it and plugged it back but it didn't work. It still is a chopped up time trying to read 45:99; and the remote nor the box will work and it's stuck on the AMC channel. Is there anything I can do? |

That was going to be my only suggestion, that you'd have to call the cable company about it. I've found that when the cable box goes bad, there's usually nothing you can do but replace it.
Hope they'll get it fixed for you soon! |

I called, and they had an Apointment for Wednesday; but then I called back and asked if I could just go to my nearest cable store and ask if htey could replace it and he said "Please do that it's easier for me". Because he said he has lots of appointments. |
