Who wants to see something happen between Michael and Sun? Personally, I would be extremely dissapointed *beats Michael away with a big stick* because I really want to see Sun and Jin work it out (I mean, hello, she stayed with him). But a lot of people are rooting for the opposite.

I voted no because, well, if you're gonna leave your husband for another guy, it's probably best not to do it while the three of you are stranded on an island together. That would be...tacky. And, especially given Jin's temper, not very smart, either!

However, since they keep insisting they're going to kill somebody off by the end of the season, if it ends up being Jin, then I have no problem with Sun and Michael being put together in Season 2 (after she's presumeably had a nice, respectful period of mourning during the summer break...

).

I didn't know they planned on killing off one of the main characters.

If this is the case I would guess Michael would be the one. Sun would then take care of Walt and bring Jin to understand she wants a family.

I am with MoreLight 110%. The only reason that I really didn't want Michael to die was because Walt would be all alone, but hell, Sun could so take care of him.

everybody is taking care of Walt without Micheal:

"dad, you left me alone at the caves"
"What are you talking about? I left you with Claire!"
"She's sleeping"
"Oh... sorry, listen, I'll make it up to uou, (blah blah blah)"

and other incidents. Basically everyone looks after him except for Mr. Locke

, so IF Micheal did die, it probabably wouldn't be Sun taking Walt, seeing as how she has a "psycho" husband that would not enjoy that

I think Jin is an assassin/wise guy and therefore probably by default somewhat off.

As an offshoot of this thread since Aislynn brought up the idea of some main character dying I would be least upset to see the following of the main crew get killed off this season:

1) Boone
2) Michael
3) Jin
(This list is also in my order of most psycho)

I was very upset when Charlie was "mostly dead."

MoreLight, I am feeling your downloading dial-up pain right now!

For some reason, I'm having a horrible dial-up night! I keep getting kicked off this board without being able to post (so if you're reading this, a minor miracle has taken place!). I have a clip downloading that, at just under 5 MB in size, has taken 40 minutes so far to come in!!!

Oh, and I'm sorry if I was Spoiler Sally on the thing about a main character being killed off. I've been reading talk about this for quite a while now

and must have forgotten that it wasn't here on this board! Whoops.

But that is what they keep insisting. "They" being the Powers That Be, of course. It was just in one of the last TV Guide articles they did, the one that had the multiple character covers. Don't have the date for it here at hand but I can provide it if anybody needs me to.

May I make my vote that I don't think they should kill anybody off! I mean, if it ain't broke, don't fix it! I know, I know, they want to keep everybody guessing and not let the viewers settle in, thinking the characters are all safe. But still! I'm not liking this idea at all!

Now, to see if this will post...

it'd give the show a bit more spunk, plus more fodder in the terms of backstories from any new characters they begin draggging into the plot!

Bet it's either Jack or Locke who goes. Biggest impacts right there.
