Not sure how long this thread will last, but here's the deal. Name one good (entertainingly awesome) moment in Lost, one bad (boring, technically inept, or badly-plotted) moment in Lost, and one ugly (entirely ridiculous/stupid) moment in Lost.
Characters or whole episodes cannot qualify for this list. Portions of an episode can, however.
Good: Since Serena's post in the unintentional humor thread caused this, from 6x06 'Sundown':

Sayid and Dogen fight. I don't think they used as many stunt doubles as some of the fights have. It felt fairly real and visceral--great fun to watch.
Bad: I don't mind Shannon, but the flashbacks in Abandoned needed to have more punch; they didn't feel worth the hour they were in or Shannon's death.
Ugly: WAAAAAAAAAAALT! And then we never hear from Walt or Michael (bar Meet Kevin Johnson) again. We spent a whole season on it, for that?! _________________ I saw a werewolf drinking a pina colada at Trader Vic's. His hair was perfect.

hmm, lemme give this a shot...
Good: Emilie's transition from sweet angel Claire to a grittier character. It would have been easy for them to kill her off or have her remain unchanged, instead they've given her some substance and an actual voice this season where she stands up for herself and is a strong woman rather than a prop to another character.
Bad: Fake baby Ethan from LaFleur; you see him right on camera that it's a doll and it goes from Juliet lowering a real baby to Amy and cuts to amy taking fake baby; very obvious and a bad miss in editing!
Ugly: The polar bears; i laughed when i saw them. I hate CGI when its so obviously fake; but that was just silly. _________________

Good: The Claire storyline. I know I was all pissed last season because they completely shoved her out of sight and out of mind, but thus far this season they've more than made up for it. Hope they continue to do well!
Bad: The triangle, in my opinion. At this point they're going in circles with it, so unless they can come up with some EPICALLY AMAZING REASON TO CONTINUE IT, they need to stop. Kate's "I-have-to-find-Claire" storyline is far more interesting.
Ugly: Killing off Libby, promising us backstory on her, and we have YET to find out what her deal was? Shame, shame, Lost.... _________________ art by me&tammy
