Maybe...just maybe Claire is just pissed off that she cannot find her kid? That she's not dark? Perhaps what they meant by Sayid being evil was the past deeds?

Perhaps Claire has done some shady things to look for her child? AND it might just be me, but I kind of don't think she time traveled with everyone.

AND...

I don't how how I feel about Jack's mom in the AU yet. I never liked her in the past A) she never stood up for Jack to Christian, and B) She blamed him for doing the right thing when it came to his father's drinking and operating. I think she's also responsible for Jack's issues with having to fix everything.
