It's not letting me log in... When I try, I either get an HTTP 404 error or "There is a problem with this page's security certificate." It's really annoying.
Is it my computer, or is it Youtube? I was having some trouble with viruses on my computer... I need a new Spyware blocker or whatever. Do you think that's my problem? Cuz sometimes YT lets me in and sometimes it doesn't. _________________

Hm, if you know you've had a virus problem on your computer, are you sure that it's been completely cleaned up? (Those things can be monsters if you've gotten one of the persistent ones! ) Do you have an antivirus program? AVG and Avast are two free ones that a lot of people use (not at the same time, of course ). Spybot Search and Destroy is a good free spybot killing program as well. Hopefully you have a firewall as well (even if it's just the Windows one).
If you have an antivirus and you've run it a couple of times and it's come back clean, then hopefully you have gotten rid of the beasties that hit you.
After that, is it just Youtube that's giving you problems right now or is it other sites as well? Do you have more than one browser you can try? (Like if you're using IE, do you have Firefox as well?) If you can get to a site on one browser and not on the other, then it's usually a problem with that browser. If neither browser can get there, then it's either a site problem or a problem on your computer. In my experience, anyway!
Also, if it's just Youtube that you can't get onto with any browser, it could just be a problem with YT and hopefully they'll fix it on their end soon!
Hopefully whatever the problem is, you'll be able to get back up and running soon! *fingers crossed* |

Thanks for the advice on the antivirus programs, Ais. I'm thinking it might still be a virus problem I'm having, so I'll definitely try those out and hopefully everything will work out.
Annnnd if not, maybe it's just Youtube. But I had a little bit of trouble with some other sites yesterday, soo... I'll figure it out. Thanks the the help! _________________
