I am having an annoying problem with Sony Vegas. The sound/music/audio has static and the scenes kinda jump not from place to place but through the timeline so I don’t see what happens properly. I don’t really know how to describe it. I think it’s my Sony Vegas and not my actual computer. It happens a lot lately in Sony Vegas and it makes it difficult to do a video.

Has this happened to anyone, or does anyone know how I can fix this?

I recently had to do reinstall my operating system, but I reinstalled all of my drives. I think I reinstalled the audio/graphic card properly because I only seem to have an issue with Sony Vegas.
