I don't like Hurley!
(Actually, I do: I just felt like being contrarian because I want to see your reaction.)
I like how he's coming into his own as a character this season.
Addendum:
I am amused how the title is 'Everybody Loves Hugo' and yet we have the centric character behind spoilers.
I will admit that Jack was refreshingly non-assy this episode. I like him marginally better when he relaxes and stops trying to control everything.
Totally called Desmond going down the well.
Is there a "son of a bitch" quota they have to fill each season? _________________ I saw a werewolf drinking a pina colada at Trader Vic's. His hair was perfect.

That is a lame reaction. Can't I at least get a token Jackface out of you? _________________ I saw a werewolf drinking a pina colada at Trader Vic's. His hair was perfect.

I LOVED this episode! I love the storylines they're putting everyone through this season - Hurley and Jack have, like, switched roles. It's amazing, if they keep going in this direction I might actually LIKE Jack by the time the season's out. Inconceiveable! [/princess bride reference]
Ummm, yeah, that's basically it... I love Hurley as the leader! I also really liked the bit when Libby and Hurley were having their picnic and Libby said, "It's like a date we never had..." I was like, AWW!
And OMG, the promo for next week!!!!
Spoiler:
They used the song Willy Wonka sang in the original Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory! That's easily the best promo of the season, I'm soooo excited for next week!
Oh, and WTF! Why did Desmond run over Locke in his car???? _________________ icon by becca

I think Desmond was tring to stimulate memories from Locke via almost-death experience? But, how would Desmond know how to trigger Locke's memories???
I'm glad we FINALLY know what the whispers are! I can't wait to watch the show over again and listen for them; little things relating to the whispers will make a whole lot more sense.
The promo was the best I've EVER seen!!!!! Yay, 60s Willy Wonka reference! _________________ Serena

Was I.....was I actually PROUD of Jack this episode??? The world must be coming to an end.
Hurley = epic awesome. The best leaders are the ones who don't want to be, so Hurley should have been a leader from the start.
Catatonic!Sayid is hot, but also bugging me. Snap out of it, man! *shakes Sayid by shoulders* *Sayid does not react and stares blankly into space*
When did Jack get man boobs? (I just had to comment on that development.)
WTF, Ilana??? What was the point of her if she was just going to pull an Arzt?
Creeper!Desmond in the sideways world was really cool, I thought. The end was kind of am omg! moment with him running over Locke! I wonder if Locke will be able to walk now? _________________ art by me&tammy

He's always had man boobs to some extent--he buffed up a little in late S2/S3 but I think he's gone a bit back to seed.
Agreed about catatonic Sayid being frustrating but they have given him:
a) more lines than the few episodes after Sundown
b) a good moment last episode with 'Run'
... so I'm less annoyed about that than I was, because that implies at least they haven't totally forgotten about him (unlike, say, Sun.) _________________ I saw a werewolf drinking a pina colada at Trader Vic's. His hair was perfect.
I literally screamed at the top of my lungs when Ilana Artz'd it. I mean, WTH?!?!?!
I am very worried about Des. I think he's done in the island timeline...
FLocke is ALWAYS trying to get people to take his hand. So far NO ONE has, except Des, and now look what's happened to him. I think Smokey has to get you to touch him before he is able to kill you for some reason. So, let's just hope that Jack, Kate, Hurley, Sun, etc. continue to NOT take his hand when it is offered to them.
I was sooooo shocked at XDes running over Locke! I felt bad! I mean, I don't quite get the point of it. XLocke is good as far as we know. It made me sad!!!!!!!!!! _________________
