Errrrm, didn't know where else to post this but it's RLY annoying and I just wanted to ask this so here's a random question-Is it possible to stop people from youtube "sending" videos to my email address? It's just so annoying. And sometimes the same person sends it to me like eight times (no exaggeration) and it clogs up my inbox as well as pissing me off

So yeah, is there any way to stop that? *knows it's a long shot but is still hopeful*

edit: Ok, I'm not so sure, b/c I realised that I'd actually deleted the person from my friends lol, but I'd blocked them as well and it'd stopped

Dunno whether just blocking them works or not

I believe you can block them and take them off your friend's list like Emma suggested.

I just want to stop 'em sending these vids to my email. Grr, wish there was an off switch for it or something

OMG thats annoying I know! I have been e-mailing people and telling them to cut it out! So far its worked...no one has gotten upset or anything..

But I will if it gets too bad. Because it's ridiculous, sometimes I log on my email and it tells me I have like 10 emails from youtube saying "thingy has sent you a video!" I never even click on those emails anyway

I have it like this- when I get an YT email it immediately sends a message to my cell phone. And I have ppl on YT that keep sharing videos way TOO much, its pretty annoying. Once i got 8 messages in a row, i nearly ate my keyboard.

Jemma, I have that same problem. I'd have to estimate at least over 10 vids a day are sent to me. Now I don't mind if it's people I know, but if it's just random people I friended sending me 50 thousand vids per day, it gets annoying. I'm not sure how to combat that...

Maybe you could broadcast a message, rather than PMing people. It's less confrontational, like you're talking to so and so in particular. Just broadcast a message to all your "friends" that asks if people could stop sending you videos. That's all I can think of...

Tis seriously annoying, when people send me videos, I'm not gonna watch them if I'm sent them, If I want to watch them I'll find them myself to watch

So I posted a bulletin a little while ago and having a large amount of people ignore me (T_T) I thought "okay, I'll just de-friend them" So I did that and nothing changed. So then, I blocked them. And I just got another video from them in my inbox

WTF? Surely if you block someone they can't contact you any way. >_< I guess I'm just ranting more than anything 'cause everyone seems just a clueless as me xD
