I was wondering if anyone knows anywhere online where you can buy Sony Vegas 7? About how much does it cost usually?

I've checked alot of sites but I seem to be getting the wrong program.Most of the products that have turned up in my searches cost a couple hundred dollars which is alot more than I care to pay for something I just do as a hobby.

Sadly, you're not probably running into the wrong program, the full version of Sony Vegas 7 is selling on Amazon.com for $300 right now, the newest version, Vegas 8 is selling for $394. To get it legitimately, it does cost quite a bit.

That's why a lot of people opt for Sony Vegas Movie Studio (current version 8 as well), which is $51.97 for the regular version, $89.99 for the platinum version. I got my version 6.0 with a spectacular rebate that made it cost $10 a few years ago from one of my local computer stores, so that's a great thing to keep an eye out for!

There are also, of course, less ethical ways to get an expensive program but, naturally, LVI doesn't condone or support them. *waves to nice FBI people*
