to keep us on topic; just wanna say that i actually had a thought before the despenny kiss when it got all slowed down and charles would come outta nowhere and just shoot des down. i dunno why. but yay for that not happening!

I loved both kisses, because I love both ships.

But the "spectacular" one that was hyped so much by Damon and Carlton and the media in the last two months was the Skate kiss. They said it would be triangle related and it is even described that way in the ABC recap.

I have to say that it makes me very confident about Skate that the writers said this scene was one of their all ime favourite moments.

I have a feeling that the Skate reunion might even top that..

But I'm so glad it was Desmond and Penny because they really did need to find each other again after that phonecall.

i think ben might think that des was on the boat. OOH; theory time: ben doesnt know and when he tracks down penny to kill her; des is there and kills ben. crisis over?

speaking of the despenny phone call, i actually thought that'd be it for them. I figured they'd got in their I love you's, he knew she still cared about him and waited for him and all, she knew he was still alive. thats why i thought they'd kill him. but im so glad they reunited

Yeah, I thought they'd only have the phone call this season because that was a lot for them this season because even thought it wansn't a lot in screen time but the whole idea of it was a lot because they got to talk to each other.

Are you kidding me? The despenny kiss should've been the kiss they were talking about, no offence. I didn't think the skate kiss was very spectacular. Like Sassy said it was nice, but it wasn't amazing. I guess it depends what kind of fan you are. It was like them saying that girls would love "Eggtown" but er, no it would depend.
