It's okay, just go to lostvideo.net and click "Submit". From there it will give you instructions on how to get your videos up on the site

I have read what's written in Submit, I also read the Free Video Hosting Guide. But I don't understand where I have to post my videos =S

You just have to have a link to your video on YouTube or another site, that's all it really means.

When you go to "Submit" there will be a box for you to paste the link into. There are also fields for other information you might want to include.
