Haha, yeah, I was going to say that. Only I don't really watch The Office so I didn't know what the character's name was. I just didn't want to say it and be wrong and then have you say "NO! Do I look like a guy?" or something.

I love autographs! hehe.
I have my favorite astronaut. I becaame pen pals with him and i got to meet him a few years ago for my birthday. his name is Captain James Lovell. he was on apollo 13. (yes, tom hanks played him in the movie, but he is the real guy!).
I also have 2 of my favorite gymnasts Carly Patterson and Shawn Johnson. Shawn Johnson wrote to me when i was in the hospital last year!! she wrote a REALLY nice card and gave me an autograph (so cool!!).
I also have story muskrat and bill poug (both other astronauts).
and when i was in the hospital another time, some of the pistons came to my room!!!!!(though our family is family friends with their main trainer, so he set us up, but it was really cool to meet them and get their autographs).

Well....I haven't had a whole lot of brushes with fame, but the ones I have had were pretty cool.

I've been fortunate enough to meet one of my all-time favorite comedians twice - Eddie Izzard! I met him both times in San Francisco, one at a DVD-signing, the other at his show Sexie. That time I got to hug him! It was awesome -

I'm the one in the stripey shirt (My god this was long ago, I think this was 2002). Anyways - here's my autograph from that one:

The other celebrity (kind of) I've met is Hal Sparks. He started off on E! doing Talk Soup, then did Queer as Folk on Showtime, and has also done a ton of commentary for all the I Love The (fill in the decade) shows on VH1. He does a lot of stand-up around the country, and he's come to my town twice, as well as San Francisco (I'm only about two hours away).

I really like him and yeah....I've met him *four* times. *blush* FOUR! Hehe....here one of the many autographs I've gotten from him:

So those are my brushes with fame. I might have to write Michael Emerson....

we wrote a bunch of question to him. (on his fanboard) and he replied to my silly questions and i didn't think he would. rofl hes so sweet bless!

And I met Pete Doherty aswell. I got a picture with him, but then my computer deleted all my files and I lost it
