CHARLIE QUESTIONS WHETHER DESMOND HAS HAD ANOTHER â€œFLASHâ€ FORESHADOWING HIS DEATH WHEN COAXED INTO JOINING A TREK ACROSS THE JUNGLE, AND JEALOUSY MOTIVATES KATE TO TURN TO AN UNSUSPECTING SAWYER, ON ABCâ€™S â€œLOSTâ€

â€œCatch-22â€ â€“ Desmond coaxes Charlie, Hurley and Jin on a trek across the jungle after experiencing one of his future-prophesizing â€œflashesâ€ -- but is he purposely placing Charlieâ€™s life in harmâ€™s way? Meanwhile, Kate turns to an unwitting Sawyer after seeing Jack alone with Juliet, on â€œLost,â€
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 18 (10:00-11:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.

â€œLostâ€ stars Naveen Andrews as Sayid, Henry Ian Cusick as Desmond, Emilie de Ravin as Claire, Michael Emerson as Ben, Matthew Fox as Jack, Jorge Garcia as Hurley, Josh Holloway as Sawyer, Daniel Dae Kim as Jin, Yunjin Kim as Sun, Evangeline Lilly as Kate, Elizabeth Mitchell as Juliet, Dominic Monaghan as Charlie and Terry Oâ€™Quinn as Locke.

Guest starring are Sonia Walger as Penny Widmore, Jack Maxwell as Derek, Joanna Bool as Ruth, Andrew Connolly as Brother Campbell, Andrew Trask as older monk and Marsha Thomason as parachutist.

I think if anything, the trek is an attempt to get him out of harms way. But Desmond has come to terms with the fact that he can't change it, that time "course corrects" so I dont think he would put Charlie in harms way to try to get him to overcome it. I think that we just have to come to terms with the fact that Charlie is going to die. I think that is the message the writers are sending us. Tear.
