the problem with Rapidshare is it only allows you to download from it once per hour. Any others and it won't let you.
If you HAVEN'T downloaded from it yet, then the problem is from your browser. You would need to switch temporarilly to another one (especially if you're an AOL user) such as to firefox: http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/ which should definitely work then.
