Now ya did it, E! LOL Now I'm going to have to post mine.
Okay, since I was sixteen, i have worked at various retail stores for crap wages and dealt with jerks ordering me around. Then I went to Cosmetology school and that sucked worse than retail. I told one customer who was badgering me to shut the @#$% up and walked out never to return.
Then I had a baby...then I got married...then I started college last year for web design, but had to drop out last month because I keep getting sick. Now, I strive to endlessly torture you all with my stupid stories and weird videos.
Shutting up |

Let's see...
In High School, I was always into a bunch of things History,film,Newspaper,programing...etc. I actually went through my first two years of High School wanting to be a TV producer. Then I wanted to be a computer programer. Now I have found the lovely world of politics. I am a political science major hoping to become a campaign manager.
As far as a real job....I work at Starbucks! |

I like this thread
Damn Steph, you went to web design school? now I feel bad for all my "help"
Well, I still have no idea what I want to do, and only a year and a half to decide it. Great.
Anyone see that Malcolm in the Middle episode where he takes the career aptitude test and is completely qualified for every single job in the world? Well that's not me. But something like that! |

LOL Warren, I was so sick that I missed so many classes that I can't even be considered anything in that field. I may pick it back up one day, but for now my life consists of chocolate, TV, internet chatting and tons of doctors and meds. It's cool tho, take it in stride I always say
My son says he wants to be a video game designer when he grows up...isn't that cool! It's better than what his father wanted to be....a porn director...grrr, that's why I'm not with him anymore. ::rolls eyes::
You'll firgure it out Warren, you still have plenty of time and unlimited resources. Ah to be young...... |

Cool thread, interesting to see what kind of jobs everyone has. I've been teaching gymnastics at a school since I was 18, and 2 years ago I started coaching gymnastics at the gym where I train. I'm one of the head coaches of the level 4 and 5 competitive team, and last season was the first time I coached at their meets. It was lots of fun and I'm proud to say that 3 of my girls are TN State Champions!
Of my hobbies, vidding is probably my favorite (gymnastics is more than a hobby to me). Now if I could just make some money from it, lol. _________________ Heather |

I am still in High School and I'm going to go to college after...
I'm into a lot of things but I'm sure that I want to major in art history.
Being an art historian has been my dream for a while now and I would like nothing more than to work as a curator in a museum. That's my calling I'm sure...
I am also interested in archeology and psychology! _________________

Currently still in college, majoring in theatre, planning to become an actor/stage manager, hopefully one day reaching Broadway. Or at least getting into Equity.
Currently working as a tech at my school's fine arts center. _________________

Aww, now I'm not special.
Just kidding. It's a no-brainer. I'm still young and I've already decided for a while now that I want to be a filmmaker. For the specifics, I don't know yet exactly. I'm really big into computer animation and have made some CGI shorts with some good software, but sometimes I'm torn between CGI and live action as the focus of my future career. I can't imagine myself being anything but a director right now. _________________

I am a law student (2d year out of 3), and a closet screenwriter (screenplay available at h1.ripway.com/klshelly/owenscraft-shortupload.pdf but please be advised that it is copyright 2003 K.L. Shelly, and that by downloading it you acknowledge that you have no creative, editorial, or acquisitional rights over the material contained therein).
I plan to go into screenwriting for a Real Career, but the law school thing is a safety net. I also have a master's degree in Early Modern British Literature (aka Shakespearean-but-not-Shakespeare, and a BA in English, minor in Film.) |

I'm 15. 'Nuff said
I want to be an architect. I've always been good at maths and art, which are essential for architecture, and i''ve always been able to imagine how things will look, eg what colour to paint the walls etc.
Plus, i love interesting-looking buildings. I'm gonna demolish all those boring blocks of flats and design funky new ones!!!
Some fantasy, huh? _________________

I wanna get into editing. It's the most fun I've ever had doing something and even though at times it's very tedious, as soon as I have finished something (a vid, a movie, even just a scene) it's very fulfilling |

Dammit, I really am you just two years behind, eh?
Yeah, that's what I wanna do aswell. Editing can be really hard sometimes but I still love doing it usually and when you finish a movie and see the full thing it's really rewarding. _________________
