Oh and Chico is how I call the polar bear. Even if there's more than one, that's how I call him (he can multiply himself!).

Sawyer shot Chico #1! But Chico #2... Locke only sprayed his face, remember! So technically, there's only 1!
But what the heck, we still have Chico, hon! Don't worry!

Yay! So we got many Chico's. That's great with me!

His plan of multiplying himself so that no one will kill the REAL him is working!

Mark my words, soon all the Chicos will be released upon the islanders and then NO ONE will be safe!

*cue obscure theme song*

MWAHAHAHAH*cough*... Sorry, got a bit too carried away.

But yeah, Chico's still out there with his clones, planning their next move.

You know, this spoiler was bullcrap this is why I don't read them usually. This death was by far the MOST expected and LEAST effecting death on the show. Why not at least kill someone we care about... jeez...
when people say "don't kill my Locke!" that doesn't mean leave him alone until he gets less popular, then kill him. It means surprise me, but give him the best damn sendoff you possibly can, so whenever I think of him I can sit back and admire him always. Like Desmond - if he had died when turning that key in the hatch, that would be a noble and awesome death. That's the kinda thing that should happen. Not this "kill the least popular people" crap. Ug.

Very true Hobbes. I could tell that after AAA (actor who plays Eko) was arrested a few months back, that his character would get killed off at some point in the show. It's getting to the point where deaths are predictable...just keep an eye on the Hawaii newspapers for Police Reports, then you'll know who dies next.

Anywho, I wish they would stop pickin' on the tailies. Yeesh, we only have two left (providing that Cindy IS still alive somewhere) so kill off Paulo or something (he seems to be a bit of an ass)

Aislynn and I were really laughing:

Okay so Boone died in an "accident", Scott was killed by the others, Arzt was blown up, Shannon, Libby and Ana were killed by gunfire...and the AWARD FOR GOOFIEST DEATH ON THE ISLAND GOES TO:

DUH DUH DUH DUH! Eko! For not ONLY blowing himself up, but subsequently being mauled by a bear and then killed by a puff of smoke.

You know it wouldve been a lot better if this episode had come earlier and they left out the bear entirely. Locke couldve "been reborn" just in hunting down where the Others are. Eko couldve just succumbed to his injuries- BTW, what was with him rubbing dirt from the creek on his bandage???

As for the predictability issue...

I don't pay attention to what goes on in the lives of the actors and actresses of Lost (save for squeeing over pictures of Dom and Evangeline together, because that's just too effing cute for words), so I had no idea that AAA was arrested.

The thing that was predictable for me, and they started this retarded trend with Shannon, is that there was hoo-ha about a "big death" and then it was Eko's flashback episode. I saw that coming twenty miles away. It's getting old, and anyway, what's the point of killing someone off in their own flashback ep? Get us a tiny bit more invested in them by showing their past and then knock 'em off? Dumb. Especially Shannon's! At least Eko's had some sort of "closure" albeit a little...he tried to redeem himself for his sins in the flashback. Had he owned up to them at the end, on the Island, then I could've enjoyed the send off. Shannon's was completely ridiculous, though--they left her story SO open by going on and on about her abandonment issues and then killing her off. NOT that I would've wanted it to go this way...but it would've made more sense, after an "abandonment" flashback, to have Sayid killed off...am I wrong?

I hate it when a show that prides itself in excitement, mystery, and edge-of-your-seat action becomes so predictable that you don't even need to watch to know what's about to happen. It makes me really sad

SuperKC and Fan4Lost watch it, too--we have discussions every week over on Creative Expressions I'm preeeetty much in love with Michael C. Hall, plus, Dexter is the best nice-guy/psycho killer since Patrick Bateman (American Psycho). Yay for vindictive killings! *claps*

...that kind of makes me sound like a freak, doesn't it...?

I registered. Patrick Bateman in the book, scared the crap out of me. I have 2 books in my past that made me want to vomit- American Psycho was one of them. I like Dexter much better...least he doesnt blind a homeless people.

...I haven't read the Dexter books, yet, and I didn't read American Psycho. Not sure I will, given that description, but I DEFINITELY plan on reading the Dexter series.

...and now we're spamming. Awesome. SORRY ALL!
