so wow, let me just say the episode 2night was flippin GREAT!! much better than the season premeire IMO. LOVED the skate stuff that went on and when kate talked to rousou's daughter was pretty cool too. the flashbacks were pretty good too.

this was a GREAT episode!! can't wait til next week!!

Yeah it was a distraction, but I think Sawyer figured he should try to make it a good one!

I still dont think it was Sun. So Sayid and the group just immediately give up???

Awww about Alex- thats something that would happen to me- finally find a guy and for some reason hes taken away and probably lobotomized or something...

Loved it, not a skater but the scenes were cute. Disappointed by v. little jack but hey, loved the end but please mr. Benjiman, don't send him home!!!!! (does it really send them home?) The boat bit was awsome, loved tough ass Sun!!!!!!!! I enjoyed it all, now can't wait to see the beach again!!!!!!!

LOVED the episode, and my favorite part was Ben's explanation of the Red Sox, how Jack laughed (remember Christian's old saying "That's why the Red Sox will never win a Series") and then the clip just being shown to him....the look on Jack's face was PRICELESS and if he isn't broken now, he's gonna be reeeeeal soon. Awesome episode and I'm looking forward to next week's!

*sigh* I'm really starting to get annoyed now at the complete ignorance of what you can do with endorphins and adrenaline.
It was a good ep, I liked what happened, but the not killing people thing is really starting to get me. Sawyer could've had 4 of them capped including the b!tch Juliet easily with Kate sticking a pick axe through someone, Jack could've killed Benry and Sun could've easily taken out 3 of them on the boat.

Sorry but my patience on their lack of hatred is wearing very thin.

The Kate-Sawyer kiss was well done, and the Red Sox thing was ace, especially Jack's laugh. How can laughs be so powerful at times?

Building nicely in some respects, but if they suddenly take this in a "Jack sells everyone out" way then I'm gonna be close to the off button

You know, I shouldn't have liked this one, for a number of reasons including:
1. Not much happened
2. The flashbacks were... flashbacks. Though I am very grateful that at least they were more interresting as far as Sun/Jin eps go.
3. Sayid's plan was stupid. Really stupid. Just enough for it to make me want to roll my eyes, because you knew without a doubt it wasn't gonna work.

It makes me kinda annoyed at Sayid for having to become the incompetant soldier so often... just once I'd like one of his outrageous plans to work, so I can have some faith in the guy again

Yet I actually really enjoyed this one. The Skate was magnifique!

I could hear the *SQUEE*s from here

even if that kiss was just a distraction, that was a pretty good distraction

LOL. Totally a "Battle won" in the Skate side

Sawyer's run-down of the others was way cool - and this is the first time I've ever noticed the "criminal" connection between Kate and Sawyer. That was just was cute, even for a non-shipper like myself lol

What can I say... at the beginning of this ep I absolutely HATED almost every minute of it and wanted to throw something, or leave the room like nothing interesting was on TV. But then it progressively got better. And I LOVED the ending. Muahahahahahaa.....

But I think season 3 is really going to actually start for me when next week's episode airs. *reminds self not to forget popcorn again*

This episode was good. I loved it when Kate was talking to Alex. A bit weird that Kate fits into a 16 yearolds dress though

But I liked the ending with Henry and Jack more than anything. So they have contact with the outside world? Intresting. I'm still trying to decide why the Others think that they are not the enemy and why they still live on the island when they could go back to like, civilization?

And was I the only one shocked when Sun shot whatserfaceofdeadwood? I didn't think she had the guts or that she was that sort of person. But then again, if some strangers on a unknown island kidnapped and killed some of your friends you would be a little ticked off too. Which makes the question - why didnt Sawyer kill or at least hurt The Others when he had the gun?

Hmm... hmmm... this episode was okay but nothing special. I was kind of hoping for more (Nothing happened, there were no "intensely awesome scenes, and the flashbacks were fair)

Nothing really great in this episode except:

1) Jin let Sun's "lover" live but he still ended up dying, that was kind of surprising and funny at the same time

2) How creepy Ben looked while he was watching Sawyer explain his plan.
Gotta love the security the other's set up for everything. They plan things out and execute them efficiently.

3)The ending was basically my favorite part, the talk about the Red Sox between Ben and Jack. I laughed soo hard. Your right Noj that laugh was powerful and I love it every time Jack does them

All I can say is that the ending was perfectly executed! It's funny because the only thing I remember from the second episode is the ending??

As for as Sawyer and Kate go, scenes were good with them but I'm starting to like Kate less and less. Her character in my opinion, has gone to the dumps! I'm serious, just watch her and you feel her slipping over everything. ( Sorry had to get that off my chest) And that is why I don't care about who she ends up with now, either Sawyer or Jack.

And Sun, she needs to get her priorities straight, she still doesn't ever trust her husband? After all of their, arguments and fights that have taken place? Or at least listen to him... she just leaves him out all the time. But I loved it when he told Sun he knew more about English than she knew.

Besides, it was a joke.

I'm racking (sp?) my brain right now to think of any man on the show who's cheated on his wife. Jack kissed a woman and confessed it immediately after. (To his wife who'd been messing around on him - more than a kiss.) Even Sawyer's mother was the cheater. And the woman he conned was married, but he wasn't. Tom kissed Kate when he was married. But other than that? It's not holding anyone to a double standard, there just haven't been any real male cheaters (as in SEX) on this show. Liars, murderers, criminals, drug addicts, thieves, crybaby organ donars, etc. to be sure.

Correct me if I'm wrong.
