Oh and I'm so glad you were able to render the entire vid together, yay! That's a step in the right direction at least!

I was able to render the entire thing and it's on my computer but Youtube wont upload it. They keep saying there is an error.

Hmmmm... Make sure that it actually is the rendered file and not the Vegas project file that ends in .vf or .veg, that's an easy one to do.

Here's an example looking at my project folder through the Youtube uploader. The one that's highlighted is the .WMV. You can tell it by the blue symbol next to the name. The orange looking symbol underneath it is the Vegas project file and Youtube won't allow you to upload that.

If you're sure you've got the rendered .WMV version and you get an error again, you might want to screencap the error or at least jot down what the error says specifically, that might give us a clue as to what's going wrong.

Nothing is working.

It's not the Sony Vegas File it's the rendered file, it's just not working. I don't know what to do. I worked really hard on this video.

And it wont upload to youtube.

I tried everything. Going to Youtube through Sony Vegas the video came out blank.

I went through WMM and it said 'error'.

I tried with just the render of the video without going through WMM or SOny and it never uploaded.

I have tried everything.

Are you able to watch the vid through Windows Media Player? If it won't play it, then something went wrong with the rendering and it's a corrupted file then, I'm afraid...

In that case, I'd suggest trying rendering it in pieces and check each piece to see that they'll play by themselves in Media Player (because if they're blank or corrupt, it won't do you any good to try to combine them). If they seem all right, then render them together and have a look at that through Media Player. If it plays, then give it a try at uploading it.

I'm wondering about the "restored" part of the file name also. Did you name it that or is that what Vegas named it? I'm assuming you had to restore it after a crash or after something went wrong? I don't know if that's part of the problem or if it's just incidental at this point... Thank you for the screencap, though. It's always good to be able to see the message itself, sometimes that will give a clue as to what the problem is.

Anyway, so sorry it's giving you such problems, hon! I know how frustrating that is!

Then it's just some weird YT glitch on their part, lol! I'd suggest checking one of them to make sure that it's all there and is playing fine, just to be sure!

Hopefully, though, it's okay and the problem's solved!

I checked it just to make sure.

Yeah I have been having a lot of weird youtube glitches. At first It thought it was my computer but I checked on another computer, and it's just strange.

If I don't delete messages they show back up in my 'you have messages' box. It's strange.
