Seriously, there's so many similaries in Spuffy and bangel. even their shippers are the same- it's insane!

At times it really does look like Skate=Spuffy and Jate=Bangel.

But I can see the development is Sawyer so far, and how similar it is to Spikes. Think about it spike started off as the bad guy, tried to be a good guy, lost it all just before the last season, and in the last season redeemed himself with Buffys help.

but if Sawyers fate turns out like Spikes I may just die right there. I don't think I could handle that again!

Sometimes Jack/Sawyer even with each other the way Angle & spike did.

So I'm rewatching this right now and getting PUMPED like no other. I was going back and reading my original posts on this thread after the episode first premiered, and I still agree with myself, lol.

I'm praying that Juliet is not dead. She could be though--I don't know.

I'm thinking that the flash was not the flash of a bomb, but a time flash (I know everyone else thinks this as well, I'm just saying).

I think that because Jacob went and met all our Oceanic friends at some point in their lives that they are going to meet Jacob in this season. At the point that Jacob was meeting them in the 'real world', he had already met them on the island, but was able to go back in time because it hadn't happened for the losties yet.

AND, finally, I think this article makes AMAZING points and theories, and someone please read or skim it because I have no one to discuss it with and it makes me sad

I watched this episode again when it aired last night and couldn't believe I forgot that....

ILANA APPARENTLY KNOWS JACOB!!!! How did I forget that??

But anyway.

Jack and Sawyer: We haven't had a fistfight in awhile, so let's walk ten miles away from where Sayid is DYING so we can have one.

So here's me, Elyse, and our mom's theory -

The guy who is walking around looking like Locke is not Locke, but the Man in Black (from the beginning of the episode) looking like Locke. And Jacob knew that. ("Well, you foudn your loophole." "Indeed I did.")

The Man in Black (Locke) is representative of the devil.

Jacob represents God.

Ben represents mankind. (Perhaps Job in particular.)

When Jacob went around touching each of the survivors of the plane crash, he was picking his "apostles."

...And that's about it. (/Biblical theories)

Edit: Just read the first section of that article, Jourdan, and I think it only ADDS TO MY THEORY! Lol. I hadn't thought of the Man in Black being ol' smokey before.....

AH CRAP! If Man in Black is ol' Smokey, and Smokey wanted Boone sacrificed, and Smokey is the devil, DOES THAT MEAN BOONE WENT TO HELL?!?!?!
