Well, due to bandwidth constraints we can't really upload every video for judgement by the masses.... so the contests will be judged by the council. I know what you're thinking - hey, you guys are entering the contest! Well, we're currently working on some voting rule system... It will probably be something like council members won't be allowed to vote for their own video. And there are 5 council members to judge so I think we will be able to come to a fair consensus. Stay tuned for more details as we figure stuff out!
