Ok, I got the new additions in!

It was a bit of a harrowing half hour because I'd screwed up some coding within the post and it caused the text to disappear whenever I submitted it. It didn't occur to me that it was a coding issue, so I was trying all of this other stuff and posting all sorts of updates and stuff while I tried to figure things out. Finally it dawned on me that I'd probably done something funky in the new stuff I added in, and yep! Glad that's straightened out.

Brooke: I did a search for "Sophia and Bush" in my archived document of the updated thread and nothing came up, so she hasn't been used in any of the stories in this list as far as I can tell.

Millie: I love your idea for an OC play list. I'm not sure if it would be better as it's own thread or whether we should keep it in this one. Anyone else have any thoughts on which would be better? I'd be happy to add it to the other post and keep track of it if we decide to keep it here.

I would have thought a playlist would work like fanart, so you could put together a fanmix or something, post it in your art thread or here and link it in the main archives post

Yeah; i know from experience that if you overload spoiler tags things can get VERY wonky, so if we did playlists; I'd post them in its own thread and link it from the first post like with the list of OC's

People with livejournal could post them there, and then just send the link here, that way LVI wouldn't be overloaded with links to YT or sendspace or whatever

Ooo, I think that's a great idea, Jemma and Kat!

Millie--what if we just add a line for each entry, under fan-art, "Music:" or "Playlist" or something like that, and then we can all link to wherever we have it stored/listed, etc. Does that sound good to everyone?

I love the playlist/fanmix idea. I've had a very elaborate fancy-schmancy fanmix for Zoe brewing in my head for awhile, nice to see I am not the only one who does that for their OCs.

This is a new OC idea I've been thinking of. I have this great vid idea that I've been wanting to do for a while now and that is basically where this OC came from.

Name: Tristan Cortez
Actor/Actress: Steven R. McQueen
Fandom: LOST
Main Relationship: Ana-Lucia's younger brother
Summary (basic information and main conflict of character?): I haven't thought about this a whole lot, but basically he's sort of the rebel of the family and doesn't have a great relationship with his mother. He's close with Ana, although they argue a lot about his behaviour, and the vid I'm thinking of is going to be about how much he misses Ana when she runs away to Australia, and then when she crashes on the island.

Elyse, Kat, I love both of your vids, and Becca, I realy want to enter your contest, so here's hoping!!

Oh my fellow OC writers, why must fandoms consume my brain? Doctor Who is devouring my mind and thus an OC is born.

She starts off as this young woman trying to make a life for herself in Cardiff, Wales basically by conning people and then she runs into the Doctor, Jack, and Rose and that's how that goes down. I'll post the full info once I know more. Help me name her, I'm really sick of her running around in my head without a name.

Also I'm really tired so if I make no sense, that is absolutely why.

Actor/Actress: Caterina Scorsone
Fandom: Doctor Who
Main Relationship/Love Interest: Jack Harkness
Summary (basic information and main conflict of character?): Abigail is 22 years old and ran away from her parents in London to live in Cardiff with her friend Carl, who is a couple of years older than her. Very irresponsible and unable to hold down a job, Abigail turned to doing the one thing she knew how to do - steal and lie. However, she gets in over her head when she tries to con Jack Harkness. Carl goes missing, and Abigail joins forces with the Doctor, Rose, and Jack to find him.
No vids, fics, or art as of yet, but I hope to have the first chapter posted soon.
