Just wondering: Copyright-wise, does it make any difference if I set my video to "not listed" instead of "public"?
Can it still happen that my account is shut down for copyright-issues, even if my videos are not listed?
The disadvantage is, of course, that my vids aren't listed on my YT profile as well and that no one who doesn't know the link can see my vids. But I want to avoid the trouble of re-uploading my vids should my account ever be shut down.
What do you guys think?

In my experiences even my unlisted and private videos get marked or blocked for copyright issues.
I had hoped making my vids unlisted would mean that Youtube would leave them alone, but it doesn't seem to help much.
I don't know if they'll shut an account down as quickly if the videos with the violations aren't public, but it doesn't seem to stop Youtube from counting them as a copyright violation or blocking them/disabling the audio.
