| I started making videos a couple of weeks ago using Ulead, and I more or less have the hang of it but I can't figure out how to make the videos higher quality. I save them as best quality and it says that they are 640x480 but they always come out 208x160 when I open them in Window Media...if anyone can help me, thanks. |

I dunno anythign about Ulead. But if it's quality you're looking for, and the size of the picture isn't helping any, then it's probably bitrate that you need to increase  but don't ask me what that is!  LOL |

if you want a high quality version, you can try saving as svcd format, or go to custom and click "options" to select your dimensions and whatnot.
