AAARRRGHH!
I just spent about 15 minutes filling out the form for my first video submission. I made sure everything was filled out properly. I checked and I re-checked. Hit submit, and I got an error message saying that there were spaces not filled out. (Not true... I checked everything). Then it said to hit "back" and try again, and it wanted me to fill it out all over again.
I assume that my submission did not go through, but there is no way (that I can find) to check, and I could not find any way to contact anyone to ask.
D'oh.
Not a good first experience.

I'm not sure what happened when you submitted (sometimes it's just a momentary glitch), but your video did come through and is now on the site!
