To start it off:
Clicking on the 'Clip Request' thread in technical help, link, currently gives the error "Information: No posts exist for this topic". The same thing happens when I click the 'last post' shortcut icon next to littleton_pace's handle. _________________ I saw a werewolf drinking a pina colada at Trader Vic's. His hair was perfect.

That seems to be caused when the last post in the thread is kinda part-way-but-not-completely onto the next page. The post is actually on the bottom of the page right before it (though why the board goes ahead and numbers the next page, I have no idea... Guess it's just being pro-active? ). Anyway, as soon as there's another post, it should straighten itself back up.
I'm not entirely sure there's anything that can be done about that, though we'll ask Warren -- He Who Knows All Things Webmastery Or At Least Does A Really Good Impersonation -- and see what he says. |

I sent SassyLostie a reply PM to explain how to upload a video but she seems to only get my first PM over and over. Not sure why; could be my almost-full sentbox.
SassyLostie: Submit here. You'll need at least one hosting site (YouTube generally), if not two (Zshare is what I use, personally.) You'll also need a small graphic - 200px x 113 px if I recall correctly; doesn't have to be anything too hot - and a few details about the video: length, file size, what program it was made with, and what format it's in - as well as the song and the artist's name and the general focus/foci of your video. Hope that helps. Sorry for PM trouble! _________________ I saw a werewolf drinking a pina colada at Trader Vic's. His hair was perfect.

Yeah, unfortunately that seems to be a problem inherent to the forum software we use . It might even be a problem inherent to the page algorithm it uses (the little math gizmo that figures out what posts go on each page). And so, there's not much I can do about it.
Luckily, it only seems to happen once in a while, and so it's really not too big a deal .
But thanks for pointing out the bugs. Keep them coming! |

Thank you so much, obviously I figured it out. I still don't know how to get there from here, but I have a link bookmarked. _________________

If nothing else, you can go into the Videos forum and use the link back from any of the vids' names to get you to the main site where the Submit page and all the other goodies are located. |
