I noticed that there's a real decline in voters and comments on vids.

What if it was a requirement to vote? What I mean is for every vid you submit you should have to vote, or for every 1 vid you vote, you should vote 5 times. So if you don't vid you don't have to vote.

There isn't any way for us to implement or enforce a voting requirement, but we did establish the Most Active Voter contest as a way to boost voting. Members can also encourage votes on their own vids by making sure to watch/vote/comment on others' vids.
