Hm, Lauren, I can see them fine through IE (I don't have Google Chrome so I don't know about that, of course ). Have you tried clearing your cache and seeing if that makes any difference? If it doesn't, please let us know and we'll tell Warren that something seems to be crunked up when it comes to Chrome and IE being able to see the banners.
Thanks so much for letting us know! |

I was wondering... Once the Other Fandom sections are up and running, will we be able to go back and edit the details of previously submitted crossovers so that they show up in the listings for both fandoms? (Like the ones in the Multi-Fandom section do now.) Or will they stay as just 'Lost'? _________________

I'm not sure as yet the details of how that will work (whether that will be something that everyone can edit for themselves or whether it will under the care of the CMs) but yep, we plan on adding the other fandom tags to the crossover vids already on site. |

Awesome! Thanks!
I figured you would have taken that into account. It's a great way to give older multifandom vids some more exposure (especially with new members coming in) because they often seem to go under the radar. _________________

We're having a bit of a gremlin in our pull-down menu in the submission form at the moment, sorry to say. So if you're getting this error...
Quote: | Some required fields were left blank.
Click the Back button on your browser and try again. |
...here's what to try:
If it's a Lost only vid, try selecting Lost off of the pull-down menu AND writing in Lost in the "add a fandom" box right next to it. If that doesn't work, then write in Lost in the Fandom 1 and Fandom 2 write in boxes.
If it's a crossover vid, try selecting and writing in Lost for Fandom 1, then for the other fandom, if it's already on the list for Fandom 2, go ahead and select it on the pull-down menu AND write it in. If it's a new fandom, then just write it in.
Hopefully that will bypass the error until we can track down the gremlin and blast it out of there. Definitely let us know if you still can't seem to submit a vid after trying all of the above or if you have some other issue and we'll do our best to get it taken care of as soon as possible!
Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and we really appreciate your patience while we're getting all of these code issues sorted out. |

The aforementioned gremlin should be gone now but if you still have any trouble submitting a Lost or Lost crossover vid, please let us know what error it's giving you and we'll try to get it straightened out as soon as possible! |

So sorry that we haven't had much to report lately. We've hit a bit of a coding snag but never fear, it will get fixed and we will get all of the way across the multi-fandom finish line!
In the meanwhile, LVI would like to very humbly ask... would you be our Valentine?

so I just noticed we have the Heroes cast in the new banner.
which means we have (a very tiny) Ali Larter on the front page.
MILLIE APPROVES.
also, more on-topic, how's the switchover going, Ais? _________________

Aislynn also approves. *nodnod* I loved her in the two Resident Evil movies, also! She and Milla are so awesome in those, IMO.

Part of the code is still being a jerkface, unfortunately, grr. Once it gets with the program, we'll be ready to go, though! |

Hey!
I was wondering... will we be able to submit more than 5 vids a month after the big switchover? At least in the beginning? I was thinking of submitting some of my already made multifandom vids. |

Hey, Lauren! Since we're having so much trouble with getting our coding sorted out, we'll be sticking to the 5 vids a month restriction at the start to keep us from getting a huge influx of vids at least until we get the bugs worked out.
I hear you, though; I have a ton of other fandom vids I'd like to eventually submit here once we're multi-fandom. |
