Does anyone know if it's possible? Is there a program that can do this? I've been thinking of getting Lost on Blu-ray, but then this question hit me.

I know very little about DVD ripping, having never successfully managed it myself, but what I did was just google your question and came up with a list of programs that apparently can rip Blu-ray. I don't know if any of them are free and I definitely can't vouch for them being virus/spyware/malware free, so be careful. But at least it IS possible!
