Seven Pounds.
Cried my eyes out. Cried deeply. Swallowed sadness.
But it was a great movie. Will Smith's best performance (tied with I Am Legend) in my opinion.
You should watch it if you haven't! _________________ Avi by Debbie Banner by CDS1...

Just got home from Star Trek. My husband had been planning J.J.'s death if the movie was jacked up, but he left the theatre a very happy trekkie. It was actually pretty good, especially since I have not seen anything else from that particular show.
I wasn't really surprised to see the Bad Robot logo at the beginning at the movie, but was surprised to see Damon Lindelof and Michael Giacchino in the credits. I could tell when watching the movie, that the music (even though it's the original Star Trek score) had that LOST sound. It's like being able to tell a certain band by the lead singer's voice or the guitar's sound, or even the drum use. The same goes for composers...they all have their own sound that sets them apart.
So I felt that Star Trek was a LOST movie in itself lol. The concept and storyline are so J.J. who shares the same mind with Star Trek's creator. I think he's done a very good job and has surpassed previous movies that he's been a part of (MI: 3, Armaggedon, Cloverfield). He's outdone himself and look forward to seeing the ST sequel coming in 2011.

Ahh, lucky you, I wanna see Star Trek so much! XD I am honestly not a Trekkie...but I am dying to see it if only because of JJ and the cast...(read: Zach Quinto). Glad to hear it was good! _________________

I watched Never Back Down last weekend. It was really good, and got me more pumped up to watch Fighting, which I really want to see. _________________

Just saw Star Trek today and LOVED it. I didn't know anything about Star Trek beforehand so I was wondering if I'd be confused, but I wan't at all. Thought it was very good - and I giggled at all the Lost names in the credits. XD _________________
