Yeah, it is a lot about politics. But that's what they're trying to change now with 2 semi-finals where they have split up all the "vote-for-neighbour"-countries.
Personally I think that a jury should have half the power, and the people half the power, like our swedish pre-selection for Eurovision.

Haha LOL!! But this year we hope that the UK will get more than ... well, whatever they got last year. I for one will vote for the UK, as well as Norway. I love their Amy Winehouse-ish song this year.

Our entry this year sucks!!!This girl deffinitely can't sing i couldn't believe my eyes when they won..."Water" was great and we got 5th place last year but with this song we'll be among the last...

LOL, I totally agreee with you. The whole DJ-thing just makes me go crazy. That's not even music to me, sorry. I was surprised to see that they had some song in it at least. Even if it's like 6 lines or so
Though, my prediction is that they will pass the semi anyway. That's how Europe works.

Yes...it's doesn't look like a song to me either...but it's it the thing that we're going directly to the final because we're fifth last year and the first 10 songs go directly to the final?

No, you still have to qualify for the final. They've made changes, so now there are 2 semi-finals and one final. The semi-finals are on May 20th and 22nd, and the finale on May 24th.
The winning song plus the "big four" (Germany, Great Britain, Spain and France, who contribute with a lot of money to make the ESC possible) are directly qualified for the final. But the rest aren't.

i'm so embarrassed(again) portugal's song it's horrible. The girl has a great voice, but the song sucks. i don't like it and of course we won't pass the semi-final, as usual.

I like the song but to me she looks kinda weird... sorry but her eyes scare me
If she gets a new stylist she might pass for me, but she's actually said to be a bit of a favorite this year....
Portugals entry this year is far better than last year!
