Does anyone know if it's possible? Is there a program that can do this? I've been thinking of getting Lost on Blu-ray, but then this question hit me.

LVI has always had a very casual attitude towards the size and type of icons and sig banners used here but recently there have been several concerns about oversized icons/avatars and sig banners that "stretch" the forum board, making it more difficult to read. So we've decided to implement the following requirements:
Icons/avatars: no larger than 120x120
Signature banners: no wider than 750 pixels (that's a combined area, so if you have two banners that are both 400 pixels in width, for example, then please stack them on top of each other rather than side-by-side  ) *Updated* We also ask that your banner is no more than 350 in height, whether you have one banner or two banners stacked."
Animations (.GIFs ): still permitted
If you currently have an icon or banner that exceeds those numbers, please resize it to fit the above specifications.  If you have any trouble, don't hesitate to let us know and we'll be glad to do whatever we can to help you with resizing. 
We really appreciate your understanding! Our goal isn't to micromanage your icons/banners but just to make the board as readable as possible for everybody.
