Hey guys,please could you help me!! ive been dying to know an effect which has been used in a lot of videos!I think the effect is a blur bit still cant figure it out....it looks like it slows down the clip a bit and also that it doubles it a bit and also LIKE IT LEAVES THE CLIP BEHIND A BIT TOO.I know you dont know what im talking about so here are some examples, this had been used in these vids the whole time:

(in this you can really see that effect when they're playing poker and when Jack turns away,at 0:43-0:44 )
Please if somebody knows it please help me  Id really appreciate it
