Has anybody ever noticed that some vids hosted by PicaPic/PicaFile have counters that say how many times that vid has been viewed and some of them don't? I was just wondering how you get a counter for your vid like that... 
I know that you have to pick between allowing your vid to be in a public gallery or not. Is your answer to that what gets you a counter? Nothing Earth-shattering here. I just thought I'd ask if anybody happened to know the answer or not...
