well, i've just discovered podcasts! 
And there's actually a Lost podcast out of Hawaii called 'The Transmission' that's pretty good. Podcasting is cool - and you don't need an ipod to listen.

We don't need another hero from Tina Turner  I think that woulds make a GREAT against Jack vid I've always thought of it as a Jack vid I think it's going to be very funny  So PLEASE someone ...
