09/19 - I've only seen two beings [die this season]: (a) a character we knew from before and (b) the cutest little fuzziest more adorable animal (that is not Vincent the dog). Source: Kristin on E!Online

So does ne one know if that spoiler about kate's flashback having a man named Karl in it is true or not?
If it is true then I think there is reason to believe that this man, whatever he has to do w/ kate's past, is an Other becuz his name is on the list of guest stars for the first episode of the 3rd season.
