Here is a list of what is said to be the first six episodes of the season, and info on the 7th episode has popped up
1 - Tale of Two Cities (Jack)
2 - The Glass Ballerina (Sun)
3 - Further Instructions (Locke)
4 - Every Man For Himself (Sawyer)
5 - The Cost of Living (Eko)
6 - Title Unknow (Kate)
7 (Winter 2007) - Not in Portland (Centric Unknown)
I know that Further Instructions was supposed to be the second episode, however ABC switched them for some unknown reason

It's not too god-awful spoilerish, but since it does reveal Fenry's real name and the reveal of the new characers, I think it'd be better here. The only part of the show it plays it the very beginning "Previously on LOST" with Zeke's "This is not your island" but I enjoyed watching it to see the stars and just get a feel of what being at the Premiere was like
