aww, that was so sweet! the trailer was REALLY believable! great job! i liked the music too. and when he took out her mugshot, that was hilarious! great editing, i really enjoyed watching it

I really loved the AU story! It was one I haven't seen done before now.

It had some of the nicest Kayid scenes I've seen in a while too! (Now that I think about it, I haven't seen any Kayid scenes in a while...

But you know what I mean.

) I loved how it looked like Sayid was holding the gun on Kate, with her begging him not to do it. *falls over with a thud* That was gooooooood!

I really, really enjoyed it a lot!

Thanks, Rossana! I'm so happy to hear that is was believable (it was my first trailer) and I'm glad you thought my editing was good (I am ALWAYS worried about that because my stupid WMM). I know, the music is fantastic. It's from the French film Amelie. I had to edit A LOT of the music for the vid, but the whole piece is really quite beautiful.

Aislynn, thank you, as always, for your super kind words!

The AU idea came to me because of two single lines I thought of: "He served the law, but she ran from it." Thus, the beginning of a vid.

I'm glad you liked the ending, but I must admit it's very similiar to the "You Cut Her Hair" ending where I used the same clip of Sayid.

I hope it wasn't TOO repetitive as I did add in some Kate voiceovers.

Somehow, I can never find a clip of Sayid holding a gun... Anyway, yeah, there needs to be more Kayid. I never wanted to side with Skate or Jate (though Skate's been growing on me this season) and I loved Shayid, but if the writers turn all those ships around, I'd love to see Kayid happen!

ETA: Does anyone NOT see the picture to this video on the Home page? I didn't see it when I posted the vid, but Aislynn said she did. I, however, STILL don't see it? Is it just me?

Followed a link from the forum to this, so I can't tell ya about the pic on the homepage...

LOVED this AU storyline, PC! You put it together really well and the voiceovers were really believable. I've only seen one Kayid vid before and I never really thought much about this pairing, but I like the way this looked. Great work

ETA: I don't see the pic, either, PC...I checked just now because curiosity was getting the best of me...

So weird...

Jen, you've only seen one Kayid vid before?! Gah, there needs to be more of those. This is actually my second. I got so hooked on the ship during my first that I had to continue with it. I'm glad the voiceovers were believable. I search all over for suitable ones.

Elle, I don't know if Sayid would shoot her, that's why I ended it at that spot.

I'm so happy to hear you thought it was "beautiful" and that you liked some of the AU scenes. And you have a cool scale?! And my vid is on it?! Awesome!

And KC, I know you could definitely pull off and AU vid since you managed quite well in your latest vid. You just need to develop on ONE single idea and then you have a vid. lol.

Well, guys, I just noticed I have a Silver Pick, and while I'm very happy about it, it means there's something more I could've done with this vid. What was it? This was my first trailer so I'm not sure what I should've included, left out ... Constructive critcism would be greatly appreciated!
